*Brethren High School/Middle SchoolKND ElementaryFriday, May 4th, 2018 – If you would like to keep your puzzle piece, please feel free to take it from the bulletin board by Monday. Please be respectful of other students’ pieces when removing yours. All unclaimed pieces will be recycled. – The PTO will be sponsoring an Arts and Crafts Sale this Saturday in the elementary gym from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We have many vendors and Mother’s Day is only a week and a half away! SPORTS : – Anyone that would like to help tonight please talk with Mr Griffin or Mr Kemler. We could really use some students helping out at field events. – The baseball/softball bus leaves for Manton tomorrow at 7AM. Take care of “permission to ride” home notes today. The boys play Manton in game one at 9AM. – Baseball practice at the park at 1:30 today. – Middle school boys took first place over all last night! Our first place finishers are: Kenny King in the 70 and 100, Jacob Schuch in the long jump, Noah Bradford in shot put, Lucas Stapley in 55 hurdles and 200 hurdles, our 4×100 team of Lucas Stapley, Connor Wojo, Jacob Schuch, and Kenny King, our 4×800 team of Connor Wojo, Brandon Scholl, Alex Gorm, and Tait Young. The girls 4×100 team took first as well as Halle Richardson taking first in Pole Vault. Great job!- Mrs. Riggs has baseball hats for sale. For $15 you can look like the cool kids on the field:)- Sports Pictures are May 8th.- Sports physicals at the school on May 16 starting at 3 pm. The cost is $25. The school gets a portion of the money from the hospital. MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL: – NAHS will meet at lunch today.- Seniors who have completed their FAFSA will be having a pizza party at lunch next Tuesday. If you haven’t finished it yet, you still have time! See Ashleigh ASAP.- NHS applicants, don’t forget to share your applications with Mrs. Amstutz by Friday, May 4. Thank you. – NAHS, remember this Saturday is the Mom to Mom sale and for those of you signed up to work, plan on being here at 10 am.- Thanks to all who have been paying off your yearbook, and for others there is still time to purchase. Final numbers have to be sent in May 15.- Attention 9-11th graders. Please submit a letter of interest for yearbook staff to Mrs. Mobley by Friday May 11th.
