Congratulations to our Varsity Track team! Setting personal records on the boys side: George Phillips in the 100, Seth Cracarft in long jump, and the 4×200 team of Kaito, Seth, Jerry and George took 2nd place. On the girls side: Abby Kissling in the 100 and placing 3rd overall. Abby also took 1st in the 400, 1st in long jump with a pr of 16 feet 9 1/2 inches and 5th in the 200. Maddy Biller set a pr in shot put and 1st place with a throw of 37 feet 9 inches and 2nd in discus. Mackenna Wardie with a pr in the 800. Kierston Scholl with a pr in the 100 hurdles. Natalie Myers, Mackenna Wardie, Kierston Scholl and Sam Hiller also took 2nd in the 4×200 relay and 3rd in the 4×100 relay. –
Congrats to the softball team on their victories last night over Mesick. The girls played well. –
Congrats to the 3on3 team of Ottilla, Ava Siebert, Riley and Annabelle on their 2nd place finish this weekend at NMC. –
Congrats to Mr Griffin on winning the Men’s bracket competition for the first time in the 8 years he’s been organizing it! –
Soccer fought hard in the first game of the season at Buckley last night. Unfortunately we lost 0-5. They play against Cheboygan at home today at 5pm. We need two ball chasers tonight, paid position. See Mr. Kemler.

Prom tickets are on sale starting today! Students will be selling tickets during breakfast time and during lunch at the B. $20 each. –
Attention art students completing art for the Congressional Art Competition, just a reminder that your art must be completed by the end of the day on Friday. –

There will not be an NHS meeting this week due to PSAT/SAT testing. –
Seniors: Local scholarships are due the end of this month! –
The Literacy Club will meet Friday during lunch in Mrs. Veith’s room. –
Hunter Safety-Field Day class at Big Bear on April 13 from noon to 5 PM. Students must have completed the Internet course and present their course completion certificate. Sign up on the DNR website under Education.
