Good luck to the track teams at their first meet today! Out of class at 2:15, bus leaves at 2:30 with or without you. –
Lakercats fought hard last night, and it was a well matched game. Big Rapids ended up winning 3-0. The girls showed great improvement from the last game. Defence was stacking, and forwards / midfielders were replacing. We had several shots on goal that were stopped by their goalie or just missed a bit outside. Great Job Lakercats you made your coaches proud, and you represented our schools well. –
Jv and varsity boys basketball banquet will be next Tuesday, April 19th at 6:00. Please bring a dish to pass.
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL:

There will be a Literacy Club meeting this Friday during lunch in Mrs. Griffin’s room.

Big Bear Sportsman’s Club will be holding a Michigan required Field Day for those who have completed the online Hunter Safety Course. You must bring the online completion certificate with you. Date is May 14 from 1PM to 5PM. Sign up for the Field Day at “michigan.gov/dnr <michican.gov/dnr>” and click on Education and Safety. Please see Mr. Wojo for more details.
