Congratulations April Students of the Month: Mary Hobbs (k), Steven Dalman (3), Adam Hamilton (8), Kennedy Daughty (9), and Clayton Mobley (11).
SPORTS:

The Varsity girls’ basketball teams officially wrapped up their season with an awards banquet yesterday. Some highlighted awards were: As a team the girls received All-State Academic with a team GPA of 3.4333. Elly Sexton received All-State Honorable Mention for the second year in a row! Dawn Bradley was our TEAM First player. Receiving M.V.P .was Halle Richardson and M.I.P. was Abby Kissling. Thank you to our staticians and bookkeeper: Maddy Hall, Alexis Shea, Autumn Harris and Sophia Fischer. Without your dedication to helping us none of these awards could be tallied!! Thank you to Mr. Amstuutz and Mr. Griffin for being the energized voice of the Bobcats! Thank you to Mr. Kemler for always having our gym set up the best and cleanest around and to the JV and V boys teams for working through the season together. And lastly, thank you to all of the fans that fill the stands and support us all winter long! –
Jv and varsity boys basketball banquet will be next Tuesday, the 19th at 6:00. Please bring a dish to pass. –
Middle School Track has practice at 3:30. –

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL:

Middle Student council will meet today at 12:25. –

Autism Awareness bracelets will be available for $1 for 6-12 during lunch. –
HS Student Council Meeting will be Tuesday during lunch –
Big Bear Sportsman’s Club will be holding a Michigan required Field Day for those who have completed the online Hunter Safety Course. You must bring the online completion certificate with you. Date is May 14 from 1PM to 5PM. Sign up for the Field Day at “michican.gov/dnr” and click on Education and Safety. Please see Mr. Wojo for more details. –
Students in grades 6-12: If you would like to wear your hat on Fridays in April, you are in luck! NHS is sponsoring a Hats for Cats fundraiser. For the cost of $1, you can wear your hat all day on Friday. Look for the NHS students by the B before school on Fridays in April to buy your sticker.
