V Football plays Onekama for Parent’s Night tonight. Parent’s Night is for HS Football, Cross Country and Cheer athletes. –
Congratulations to the cross country team on a great performance on Wednesday. On the boys side, Connor ran an 18:48 to qualify for regionals individually. The girls qualified for regionals by placing 3rd, led by Alexis’ new school record time of 19:42 to take 3rd and Abby’s 21:22 to take 5th. PRs were also run by Toni, Jane, and Alyssa. The Bobcats are back in action at Regionals on Halloween. –

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL:

October is Michigan College Month! Today’s college is Albion College! Albion has 22 varsity sports and has an equestrian center right on campus. Students can also participate in a variety of club sports and intramurals. Popular majors at Albion College include psychology, biology, and business. –
Attention all MS/HS students. The NAHS will be sponsoring a Costume Contest next Friday Oct 30th, but with a twist. It’s called the Brown Bag Costume challenge and basically you need to make some or all of your costume from grocery store brown bags (There will be some available outside the art room on Monday). Contest Rules and Categories for judging will be posted around the school and on social media. Let’s get creative and have fun. See or ask Mrs. Mobley for more details. –
