SPORTS :

  • CONGRATULATIONS MARIAH PRINGLE!!!  Last night Mariah earned her spot among Brethren's athletic great ones when she scored her 1000th career Varsity point. This milestone, as Mariah will tell you herself, couldn't be done without the TEAM, so congrats to the Lady Bobcats!  Well Mariah!

  • The fan support last night was superb!  Thank you so much to everyone in the stands last night! Unfortunately, the girls took one on the chin, losing in OT 35-37.  Mariah finished the night with 22 points- 16 rebounds- 5 blocks and 7 steals, Megan netted 8 pts - 4 rebounds, Whitney chipped in 5 pts - 11 boards and 4 assists, and Heidi had 4 steals.  The Cats travel to MCC tomorrow.  

  • Congrats to the JV girls on their profound win, 36-20.  The JV girls will play Benzie Central at MCC prior to the Varsity game tomorrow night. Tip-off is 6:00.

  • The bus will be at the school @ 3:45 to load and pull away @ 4:00 for tonight's Boys' game in Walkerville tonight.

  • Bus for MCC tomorrow will load at 4:30 and depart at 4:45.

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL:    

  • NHS Meeting today!

  • Student council meeting Thursday at lunch.

  • Math club will be cancelled for the next two Wednesdays due to meetings and basketball.  Our party will be held this Friday during lunch.  We will resume our regular meetings beginning Wednesday, February 28th.

  • 7th and 8th grade ONLY dance today during p.6. We ask all high schoolers to please stay in class.

  • "Seniors, seniors, it's nearing the end of the year and in order to make your picture on the Class of 2018 page, Jordan needs some basic info about you. He h shared a survey with you.  All that is due Friday. If you didn't get it, come see Jordan."

  • High Schoolers,  Are you up for a challenge?  NAHS will sponsor a Winter Fest to show your school spirit, get ready for the snowball dance and have some fun.  Each day next week, 9th thru 12th grades will have a daily dress up challenge, there will be a Tourist Day on Monday, Tuesday is Celebrity Day, followed by Wacky Wednesday, Thursday is Blue and White day to show our spirit for the last home girls basketball game and finally Friday will be Pajama Day, or as I like to call them, comfy cozies.  Friday will also be a grade level snow sculpture competition with the winners receiving hot cocoa and cookies.  Finally Saturday will be the Snowball Dance to rock the house and wrap up the fun WInter Fest week.

  • Middle School students don't forget to purchase your 2018 yearbook.  The cost is $14 or $19 with your name printed on it.  Get your memories now so you don't forget later.

  • NAHS will meet Friday at lunch.
