ALL SCHOOL:
Congratulations to Skyler Spangler who broke the 400m dash record held by Austin McIntire.  Skyler ran a 58.72!

Hey kids.... grab your folks and join SEEDS for a "Family S.T.E.M. Night!!  This event will take place on Friday, May 15th
from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.  Lots of fun - food - brain teasers - prizes - and more...  Contact Denise for more information!

Would you like to have fun playing volleyball and help out our volleyball program at the same time?  Get a team of
7 (boys and/or girls) to register with Mrs. Edmondson and mark your calendars for June 6th from 10:00 - 2:00 @
Brethren.  We are hosting a volleyball tournament fundraiser.  It is $42 per team ($6 per player).  We'll have fun!!

Sports "weekly" update
Wednesday: Soccer @ home against  Glen Lake - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: Softball @ MCC - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  Soccer @ Benzie - 5:00 p.m.

High School:
Prom committee and all Junior class officers:  There will be a mandatory meeting tomorrow morning @ 7:40 am

Seniors:  You need to turn in your shirt money to Jeremiah by this Thursday!!

Saturday's prom was awesom!  If anyone has any pictures that they would like to see in this years yearbook, upload
them to replayit or email them to mobleya@manistee.org.  If you would like to show off your photo booth photos,
bring those to Mrs. Mobley and they can be scanned in and given right back!

Senior Awards will be held tonight beginning @ 7:00 pm.

ATTENTION HS students:  We are having a HUGE issue with the dress code.  Shorts, skirts, dresses need to be finger
tip length and NO shorter...   Parents will be called and students will be sent home.  NO excuses.... NO second
chances.....   so dress appropriately.  Students are here @ school for an education and not to audition for a modeling
career!!

Sodabriety participants:  I have enough t-shirts for every student who turned in his/her log.  However, I do not
have many different sizes.  So, if you turned in your log and would like a Fit Kids t-shirt (there are two styles), please
stop in my room (135) first caome, first serve for sizes.  I have a list of those who turned in the logs and I will check
you off the list once you have made your selection.  Thank you for your participation and I hope you continue to
make healthy beverage choices!

On Thursday, May 14 there will be an NHS meeting in room 135 during lunch.  All new members may attend as well
as Juniors who are already members.  Seniors... you are done!!

Congratulations to Emily Modjeski and Michael Pettinato!  They were crowned this year's Prom King and Queen.
