All School:

Last night was a poor display of Bobcat "Pride & Spirit" sportsmanship at the girls basketball game.  WE need to remember we are BOBCATS!!  If students can not attend the games with positive attitudes, then we ask for you to stay home.

Also... please remember that garbage such as wrappers and bottles all belong in the trash and not scattered all over the bleachers.  Our custodians work hard enough to keep the school clean.  Please don't give them extra work that you can handle yourself.  Thank You!

The Brethren boys JV and Varsity basketball team will begin their season at home tonight against the Manton
Rangers!!  Come on out and cheer your teams on.  JV starts at 6 pm with the varsity starting around 7:20 pm.

Mrs. Wojo has Bobcat wear available in room 129.  Long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, girls shirts,
sweatshirts, hats and bags are now available!  Come down at your lunch if you want to buy!  Great Christmas

The Giving Tree still has several items that need to be fulfilled.  We are helping two very large families.  If you
have not yet had a chance to choose an item from the tree, please see Mrs. Amstutz or the NHS students during
high school lunch, or choose an ornament from the tree at the game tonight.  Many of the items are truly family
needs such as boots and clothing.  Please help if you can.  Thank You!

Next Tuesday, the 17th, our boys host MCE.  This will be the 4th annual "Hoops for a Cause" game.  Upon the
first Bobcat field goal, you will have the opportunity to throw new and gently used winter garments onto the
floor.  All donated clothing will go to Coats for Kids and Love INC.  Anyone who brings winter garments to throw
will receive $1 off admission to the game as well.

High School:

It is Tuesday and NAHS students have a meeting at lunch today.  Please ask to be dismissed a minute or two early
if you need to be first in line for your food in the cafetorium.

Grades 9 - 12, are you interested in creating powerful poetry?  Mrs. Edmondson is starting Slam Poetry
Workshops.  Session 1 will be next Wednesday, December 18th in room 136 at 7:45 am.  It is a very brief
beginning session.  At this session we'll get things started and get an idea of dates and times for the remaining
sessions.  Not sure what Slam Poetry is?  Stop by and ask!

All high school students:  Sometime during this week please make your way down to our "Christmas" display by
the office.  You will see four snowman that each represent a high school class.  Please find your snowman and
NEATLY sign your name.  Thanks!

There is still one spot open for any high school student who would like to join the ski club.  Get a ski club
packet from Nate in SEEDS and turn in with $50.00 by Wednesday December 18th. It's almost time to shred.
January 9th is our first trip!

There will be a prom committee meeting on Thursday in Mr. Walker's room during lunch.  Please get your lunch
and head to room 138.
