  • This Saturday there will be a free trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes for families.  There will be no charge for anything.  Students must be accompanied by an adult.  Bus leaves at 10am, and returns at 4pm. Families must register and fill out a permission slip with Denise Connolly at SEEDS ASAP.  First 20 families will go.
  • On April 27th KND SEEDS will host the 2nd Annual Family STEM Night from 3:30-6 in the small gym.  Everything free and families are encouraged to attend.  There will be loads of fun activities, games, prizes and eats.    

  • The baseball team won both ends of the double header last night against Big Rapids Crossroads; 3-2 and 9-0. Both were hard fought wins. The team faces Marion away today at 4pm. Go Bobcats!  Congratulations to both the Baseball and Softball teams on their wins.  Across the hall from Mrs. Riggs's room are the news articles.  Check 'em out! 
  • Come out and support our winning soccer team as they play here at 5pm.
  • HS TRACK will leave early tomorrow for their first conference Jamboree at MCE.   Bus loads at 2pm and pulls out at 2:15pm.
  • Reminder to all athletes: Eligibility is Thursday.  Grades are updated Wednesday night by most teachers.  DO NOT turn assignments in on Thursday and expect a miracle.  Please be responsible and take care of your academic job.  Also, on eligibility day, if your team is dismissing early see your p.5/p.6 before class or leave your card with a classmate.  Do NOT interrupt the last classes to get your card filled out while class is in session. 
  • April 26th Sports Physicals for next year. 4-6 pm. Cost is $25
  • Attention High Schoolers looking for a summer job.  Crystal Mountain is hosting a job fair this Wednesday April 20th from 3-6 pm.  If you love to swim and your idea of the perfect job is to wear your bathing suit to work, the Waters Edge at Crystal is hiring lifeguards.  Lots of other positions are available as well.
  • Sr Class officer meeting today at 12:30 in Ms. Bennett's office. 
  • NHS WILL meet this week!  I am looking forward to it.  See you at lunch on Wednesday.  
  • NAHS we need to meet at lunch today.  Please mark your calendars.  This is an important meeting.  Seniors you need to attend if you want an honor cord at graduation. 
  • Seniors have you bought a yearbook yet?  Only 5 weeks left to order and pay for your lifetime of memories.  See Mrs. Mobley to purchase your book today.
  • Prom tickets will be on sale Monday for $25 each.  Couples are $40.  Guest forms must be on file in the office or see Ms. Richardson. 
  • Prom boutique will be OPEN Thursday April 21  3:30-6, Saturday April 23. 10-1, Thursday April 28 3:30-6
  • Choir meets every Wed 7:30 am and Fri lunch in the band room

Elementary PTO will have popcorn for sale tomorrow. It is $1.00.
