ALL SCHOOL:
  • NHS's Pennies for Patients Drive has officially concluded and the final standings are as follows: Frau's Freshmen with $215.27, Mrs. Amstutz is the runner-up with $129.00, and Mr. Wojo's 4th hour is a close third with $111.97. As a school, we were able to raise over $700 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! This donation will support LLS in its mission to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. Big thanks to everyone who participated!
  • The Cooperative Drama Production of Cinderella  still has positions available for stage crew, tech crew and chorus.
Interested students should attend a rehearsal in the Onekama cafeteria/band room to speak with Mrs. Harthun  and/or Mrs. Joseph and  fill out the required paperwork.   Rehearsals are Monday-Thursday5:30 - 7:30 this week.
SPORTS:
  • Thank you to everyone who traveled last night in support of the Lady Bobcats!  You're cheering throughout the entire game was awesome.  The girls defeated Mesick, 37-15.  Tomorrow night is HUGE! as they take on the Onekama Portagers for the District Title.     This title has been unchanged since 1983 and it's overdue for a new look.  Start today to make those travel arrangements to Mesick.  The game begins at 7:00 and cost is $5.00 each.
HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL:
  • The yearbook is in need of selfies for it's selfie page.  The selfie must be of a Brethren High School student and preference will be given to those selfies that have multiple people in them.  Email to Mrs Mobley at mobleya@manistee.org
  • Yearbooks are on sale for $40.
  • 10th Grade:  Please see Ms. Bennett to pick up your CTC application for next year.  Also, any students interested in Dual Enrollment for next year need to speak to Ms. Bennett this week.
  • The European Quartet Meeting is rescheduled for this Friday during lunch in Room 136. If you were supposed to present, be prepared for this Friday. We will also check in with fundraising updates. See you then!
