the best.  Jessica Cordes, Taylor Cordes, Pauline Wurdinger, Helene Bergen, Sarah Wayward, Mary Voorhees, Whitney Dean and
captain John Schaefer!

Here are some words of encouragement as we enter week two of the "sodabriety" challenge.  It may have been difficult over the
weekend to stick to your commitment, but each day is a chance to begin again.  Remember it takes about 30 days to replace
unhealthy habit with a healthy one.  The main goal of the challenge is to make ourselves aware of our beverage intake and try to
improve upon it.  Water is the healthiest beverage choice, keep adding it to your daily beverage intake!  Be health, be a BOBCAT!!

For France/Italy participants you should be at the Wellston Community Center for food prep about 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
