ALL SCHOOL:
  • It's that time again! We will be starting our Spring Book Fair this Thursday during PT Conferences. The Book Fair will run until the end of the day on Wednesday, April 13th.
  • For those that supported Autism Awareness Month with a T-Shirt purchase, please wear them on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the month of April.
  • Spring school pictures will be Tuesday April 12 for pre pay buyers only.  MS/HS students may pick up forms in the office.
SPORTS:
  • Boys Varsity Track Practice is right after school!  ALL athletes signed up and owning a uniform are required to attend.  I haven't had all of you at once yet due to dual sports so this is a must!  Change and meet in Coach Riggs's room by 1:45 where we will begin with a meeting. 
  • There will be a baseball meeting at lunch today. We need to take care of a few things so grab your lunch and come to Coach MacNeil's room.  Thank you!
  • April 11th Monday: Soccer home vs. Kalkaska 5:00,  Baseball at Pentwater 4:00, Softball at Bear Lake 4:00 
  • Sports pictures will also be next Tuesday, April 12, starting at 2pm.  See your coach for forms.
  • April 26 4-6 pm - Sports Physicals exams will be held at the school by West Shore. The cost is $25. Please try to attend. These physicals will be good for next school year.
  • Anyone interested in buying Bobcat Clothing please see Mr. Kemler.
  • There is no middle school track today. Get a run in this weekend!
  • There will be a Track Parent/Athlete meeting next Tuesday, April 12th at 5:30pm.  This is a crucial meeting as track requires volunteer help as well as has quite a few dual-athletes participating.  Having all of the information is a must so make this meeting a must!

HIGH SCHOOL
  • Next Friday the HS quiz bowl team will be competing at MSU in the State Finals. We play at 9:45am vs. Bad Axe. 
  • All National Art Honor Society students to come see Mrs. Mobley sometime today at your convenience. 
  • Seniors!  If you do not turn in a senior picture to Mrs. Mobley by Monday you forfeit possibly being in the yearbook and the full page spread in the newspaper!  Get your picture turned in!!!  
  • Devyn, Paige,  and Maggie: pay Josten's 
  • Congratulations to James and Jesse Holden.  They will be honored tomorrow in Irons at The Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony.  Proud of you young men! 
  • Congratulations to Josh Riggs on being selected as this year's MEA Academic All-Star.  
  • There are only nine weeks of school left. So many memories are being captured by the Yearbook committee and you don't want to miss out! Buy your yearbook now for $40!  On sale at lunch Friday and all next week.
  • Student council meeting Friday during lunch.
  • The European Quartet 2017 Trip fundraising meeting will be held in the Media Center on Wednesday, April 13th at 6pm.
  • Choir meets Wed 7:30 am and Fri lunch in the band room
